Entry to Kindergarten, Grade 6 and Grade 11 is handled in a slightly different ways.

• All applicants must complete the ONLINE APPLICATION (Click on online application to begin your application)
• All applicants for Grades K and Grade 6 with completed applications are invited to assessment and interview.
• Applicants meeting minimum requirements for entry into A Levels (Grade 11) are invited for assessment and interview.
• Assessment and interviews are conducted between March and April. 
• Unfortunately, we are yet to know if we will have available places for the upcoming school year in grades 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9, and 10. If there is available space, initial testing and interviews only for grades with available places will be conducted in May. All applicants for these grades will be contacted only if space is available.

For all grades, preference is given to students who have a sibling in the school or who have had a sibling study at the school previously. Preference is also given to the children of families who are serving as missionaries in Tanzania.

Haven of Peace Academy offers the opportunity for a small number of Tanzanian citizens to gain a merit scholarship worth up to 100% of the tuition fees for the school’s AS and A level programme. Successful candidates will have genuine and proven financial need, as well as being outstanding academically and demonstrating great potential. The award of a scholarship will be for a maximum of two years, subject to the student maintaining appropriate standards of behaviour and academic performance. Applicants must be: Tanzanian Citizens, at least 16 years of age and no older than 18 years of age by August 2025, through Form 4 or its equivalent. Closing date for applications for entry in August 2025 will be on 29 February 2025.
